Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on 444cm. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein, including any pending withdrawals and active bonuses.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the 444cm registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
444cm may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point during your account lifecycle. KYC documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 444cm may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Why KYC matters: KYC verification protects you and the platform against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Pakistani players who keep their registration details accurate typically complete KYC in under 24 hours without any complications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444cm login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 444cm account, you must notify 444cm support immediately.
444cm will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 444cm that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
444cm is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from account access by a third party using your credentials, whether with or without your knowledge or consent.
444cm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
All deposits made to your 444cm account are subject to a minimum amount as specified on the platform's cashier page. 444cm does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your 444cm wallet balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 444cm is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or third-party banking systems.

444cm offers various bonus promotions to new and existing registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Most bonuses offered by 444cm are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and time limits will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
444cm reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, wagering on both sides of the same market to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 444cm reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to extract bonus value in bad faith.
Fair play note: 444cm's bonuses are designed as genuine rewards for players who engage with the platform in good faith. Players who play normally, enjoy the games, and meet wagering requirements through regular play will have no issues with bonus terms.
All betting and gaming activity on 444cm is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, dice games, and all other product categories each have their own rules accessible within the respective product section of the platform. These general Terms apply to all 444cm products in addition to those product-specific rules.
444cm reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where: a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or market being offered; where the Player has prior knowledge of a result; or where 444cm has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of sporting integrity breach. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a betting or gaming outcome on 444cm, the Company reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Player's 444cm account balance. 444cm shall not be liable for any losses attributed to technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
In-play (live) betting on cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sports events carries an inherent risk of delay between real-world events and the reflection of those events on the 444cm platform. 444cm applies a standard short delay to in-play markets to mitigate this risk. Any bets placed during a period where the result is already determined but not yet reflected on the platform may be voided at 444cm's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444cm platform:
Consequences: Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the 444cm platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to 444cm. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 444cm intellectual property without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use of 444cm intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444cm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, system downtime, data loss, or unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence.
In jurisdictions where the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 444cm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 444cm account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 444cm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If closing for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion process described in Section 11 applies and is subject to a minimum exclusion period. Upon voluntary account closure with no outstanding Terms breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable checks.
444cm reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 444cm will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Your continued use of the 444cm platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 444cm support to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444cm holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and 444cm, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 444cm customer support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process as specified under the terms of 444cm's applicable gaming license. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
